This funding aims to bolster PopHIVE’s capacity to protect and modernize community health data, facilitating the development of new dashboards and datasets focused on critical health issues such as maternal health, injuries, overdoses, and youth wellbeing.

Dr. Daniel Weinberger, professor of epidemiology (microbial diseases), announced that PopHIVE will introduce data on new disease areas, including opioid disorders and injuries, by the end of the year.
